Field Service Technicians

We are looking for self-starter Field Service Technicians to deliver the desired customer service experience in the commercial and industrial catering equipment environment. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. Salary R16-25k pm depending on experience.
Responsibilities
• Provide service and support to our customers in the field
• Perform service tasks according to schedule
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Operate vehicle in a safely and responsibly
• Follow all company’s procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers
Requirements
• Refrigeration, electrical and gas experience
• Electrician or Refrigeration Technician qualification an advantage
• 5 years proven field service experience
• Catering equipment experience gas, electrical and refrigeration
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• English literacy
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Drivers licence and willing to travel
• Passport an advantage
