Minimum requirements:
Experience as a Field Support engineer - 2 to 3 years
A+, N+ Essential
MCSE Preferred but Not Required
Computer Hardware, Electronic Equipment, Windows Operating Systems, MS Office, Printer Hardware, understanding of Mobile Computing e.g. Email on Phone and Tablet
Drivers licence and car essential

Duties:
Take responsibility for larger parts of an installation, fixing technical problems of a complex nature, as well as problem management
Develop a basic understanding of business principles and administration abilities
Assist the technical service desk team by providing telephonic support to our clients
Work passionately to analyse, design, install, and problem solve our client's hardware and software.
