Position: Endpoint Security Engineer

Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant IT diploma / degree
- CCNA & CCNP Cisco Certificates
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- Thorough knowledge and experience of Cisco device configuration for a global WAN LAN Infrastructure
- McAfee certificates will be an advantage
- Valid driver's license and own vehicles essential
- Knowledge and experience of Fortigate

Responsibilities:
- Attend to LAN/WAN configuration and troubleshooting
- Offer remote site assistance
- Assist with implementation, monitoring and proactive maintenance to support customer sites
- Attend to break fixes
- Communicate progress to customers on a regular basis
- Assist with calls at the helpdesk
- Development of a monthly reporting dashboard to support the management routines
