Our client is in the Print Industry and is looking for Finance Admin Clerk with Pastel Experience

To manage the general administration and accurately in the Finance Department within set deadlines.

Although you have been employed as Finance Admin Clerk and due to the nature of the business, you are also required to perform other reasonable duties, which may vary from time to time, in order to meet the business and client’s requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities (What are the main responsibilities of the role, against which performance is measured)

SALES, INVOICING & DEBTORS

To generate Customer tax invoices as per Work Ticket and Quote.
Ensure that the customer account is in order prior to raising invoice.
Provide an electronic copy of invoice to Customer.
Ensure that the signed delivery note is received back from customer
To upload signed delivery note to QuickEasy.
To assist Credit Controller with customer queries.
PROCUREMENT AND INVENTORY

To ensure that official purchase orders are raise for all departments within the Company.
Provide a copy of purchase order to relevant department.
Ensure that there is a link between all purchase orders to Work Ticket where applicable.
Responsible to re-order any items held as inventory timeously in conjunction with relevant department.
Provide electronic copy of purchase order to Supplier.
To raise GRN once goods are delivered/received from Supplier.
CREDITORS

To ensure that there is a match between supplier invoice to supporting documents.
Ensure that a valid order number reflect on all Supplier invoices.
To query any differences with Supplier as soon as possible.
Timeously provide matched supplier documents for processing to responsible employee.
To ensure that the supplier database is updated i.ro BBBEE strategy on a regular basis.
MISCELLANEOUS

To assist Estimators and Internal Sales with work tickets.
To set-up and manage in-house die library (including tracking dies sent out to suppliers).
To assist with any ad-hoc duties as required.
