Afrimat Concrete Products Pty (Ltd) is currently seeking the services of a hard- working competent individual with potential to fill this vacancy.
Purpose of this position.

The successful candidate will fulfil all administrative duties of the finance department. He/she is to help achieve the Company’s vision and objective by capturing, posting and reconciling data accurately.
Key Responsibilities include , but are not limited to :
1) Assisting in all areas of finance, as when needed.
2) Executing all agreed projects and / or carry out ad hoc assignments.
3) Ensuring accurate and timeous capturing of data.
4) Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents.
5) Running weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, as required.
6) Liaising with internal finance, sales, and branch team in collecting invoices, diesel records, petty cash recons, etc.
7) Preparing control documents for use in reconciling job costs, payable and receivable transactions.
8) Processing accounts and incoming payments.
9) Compiling monthly debtors and creditors statements.
10) Reconciling debtor’s accounts.
11) Preparing for, and assisting with audits when required.
Minimum requirements:
1) At least 2 years’ experience in finance.
