We are a group of private in-patient psychiatric clinics that prides itself on providing individual, integrated and family-oriented treatment for a range of psychiatric, psychological and addictive conditions. We are looking for a Admin/Finance Manager, with great experience to join our team in our Kenilworth, Cape Town offices.
The duties and responsibilities are:-
You will be controlling the full accounting and administrative activities of the hospital with full reporting to the group support office within an agreed timeframe; full credit control and billing procedures; application of internal controls; payroll and related taxes and submissions, etc.
The non-negotiable requirements are:-
1. B.Com or equivalent qualification & 5 years management experience.
2. Must have own transport & a willingness to work with flexibility.
3. Must have high energy levels, resilience and the ability to perform under pressure.
4. Must have a clear criminal & credit record.
5. Must have the ability to work in & manage a multidisciplinary team.
