CT based role for South African BEE candidates only.
Report to Financial Controller, this role is responsible to the finance team and is responsible for the accuracy of the General Ledger in preparation of the Management Accounts.

Requirements:
• Basic Accounting qualification
• Minimum of 8 – 10 year’s experience
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages
• Proficient in Pastel
• Excellent people skills
• Prove a willingness to commit the additional time and effort necessary during periods of heavy workloads in order to meet project milestones and implementation deadline
• Outgoing, pleasant disposition and mature
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to take accounts to Trial Balance.

PREVIOUS finance and administration functions required:
• Preparation of accounts to trial balance
• Debtors
• Creditors
• Cash back
• Journals
• Invoicing for all regions (time and billing)
• Credit card allocation
• Cell phone allocation
• Forex allocation
• General administration
• Client reports and managing proposals against what is invoiced
• General administration and processing into Pastel
• Complete management pack
• Prepare financial reports using Excel
• Prepare profitability report
• Input the information necessary to prepare the company carbon footprint
• Liaise with all consultants about timesheet allocation
• BBBEE Schedules
• Training schedules (BBBEE and Skills Development)
