Our client, a reputable company, requires an organised and professional Office Administrator.

The successful applicant will be required to carry out the following tasks:
• Payables (Preparation and Processing payables, Payments, Reconciliations, Age analysis, Payables Ledger, Reporting)
• Receivables (Preparation and Processing, Receipts, Reconciliations, Age analysis, Receivables Ledger, Reporting)
• Hire Inventory (Preparation and Processing, Inventory control adjustments – additions, grades, scrapping, transfers, Reconciliations, Age analysis, Inventory Ledger, Reporting etc.)
• Document storage and retrieval (Filing system)
• Credit Card and Fleet Card (Processing, analysis, reconciliation, etc.)
• Expense and Cost analysis: Allocation and trend reporting
• Cashbook (Processing)
• General office communications (Telephones, Messages, etc.)
• Basic procurement for projects (Purchase orders, Quotes, etc.)
• IT and Network communications oversight (Backups, Visits, etc.)
• Basic cost recording of project costs
• Payroll (Time sheet and Payroll reconciliations, Journal and Payment processing)

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• A relevant tertiary qualification (Advantageous)
• A highly administrative and organised individual
• Computer literacy (MS Office)

Salary on offer: R 15 000 p/m
