A leading Corporate Finance company based in Johannesburg is looking for an Accounting/Financial candidate to join their Equity Sponsor team.

The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of sponsor routine work and will be required to manage all JSE related documents on behalf of clients, and to ensure that these documents are accurate, complete and in compliance with relevant legislation.

Please note that this is not an accounting position.

Key Requirements:

BCom Corporate Finance/Law/similar is a must.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge and understanding of applicable legislation and regulations.
Good academic record & technically apt.
Young, energetic and goal orientated.
Must be adaptable to change and willing to walk the extra mile in completing assignments.
Good English communication skills (written and oral).
Efficient time management.
Be able to grasp new concepts easily and be able to multitask.
Work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
Must be prepared to work overtime if required.
Own car and driver’s license preferable.
Professional skill level (intermediate) in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
