Qualification:

CA (SA) and/or BCom

Relevant Financial qualification



Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in:

System Testing

Financial Accounting

Processing of documentation

Training of employees

Should have sound knowledge in IT

Retail experience would be an advantage

Strategic thinker

Ability to make business decisions



Job Description:

Effectively design end-to-end business process

Actively interact provide insightful input to the finance operation plans

Interacting with the systems analyst to ensure business requirements are communicated

Take responsibility the development of test scripts that is in line with the business scenarios

Hands on supporting of the users until the stabilization of stems and processes

Manage the development, testing and designing of enterprise business process that affects the finance

Take control over the reporting and feedback of issues and risks

Ensure training material is compiled and effectively delivered

Work actively with stakeholders to ensure effective communication
