• BCom Accounting Degree /CIMA or Honours beneficial
• Completed Articles
• Min 3 years post articles experience in a corporate environment
• SAP – Essential proven experience required
• Computer literate (MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, Pastel)
• development of the Business Support ( Finance) Strategy, targets and objectives from a financial perspective
• achievement of these targets from a financial perspective through effective implementation of plans
• review of all General ledger/Cash book reconciliations
• Management and review of fixed asset register.
• Cost centre reporting
• preparation and submitting all statutory tax returns ( Income tax, VAT,etc)
• Administration of petrol and credit cards,
• Preparing the annual audit file
• Assist external and internal auditors
• Effective and efficient management of the creditors & debtors processes
• Thorough knowledge of Corporate financial practices, policies and procedures
• Good understanding of IFRS and GAAP Principles
