Qualification:

Formal Degree or Diploma in Finance

Approximately 6 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry in a similar role

Minimum experience of having worked in a 4 or 5 STAR Hotel

Job Description:

Overseeing the day-to-day operation of all financial functions, reporting and employees.

Compiling and approving annual budgets for all business units.

Responsible for overseeing the Bank Payments, Cash Book Processing, Creditors and Debtors.

Streamline and improve the financial performance for all business units.

Performing regular income statement and balance sheet reviews.

Publish month end reporting.

Interacting with external auditors.

Overseeing the stock control departments, as well as the purchasing function.

Ensure statutory compliance in terms (PAYE/UIF and VAT payments).

Commercial – Deal structuring, SLA’s and Landlords.
