Participate as a member of the executive team. All work is project based so cost control and job costing is paramount. Become involved with the key decision making of the business.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ demonstrable experience working in an FM role

Cash flow projections

Management experience of up to 5 people

Pastel Evolution will be advantageous


Job Description:

Responsible for the maintenance and formulation of the company’s accounting and financial policies and practices.

Directing all the accounting functions fort the company.

Organise and facilitate the company strategic session.

Overseeing the Financial Accounting Department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and functions.

Reviewing and approving all payments and processed cash book transactions, as well as journals before being processed.

Keeping abreast of critical issues.

Implement and maintain the company job costing system.

Overseeing the preparation of monthly costing reports.

Reviewing projects with Project Managers and the MD at monthly costing meetings.

Financial planning and budgeting.

Risk management and insurance.

Treasury.

Tax.

Asset management/fixed assets.

IT operational management.

Procurement.

Payroll/HR.
