The Finance Operations Associate will be responsible for the execution of investment decisions related to the oversight of investment programs of client institutions and family groups. This job includes coordinating and facilitating communication between teammates to ensure timely and accurate completion of transaction documents.

Your job responsibilities as the Finance Operations Associate in Cape Town will include:
- Complete subscription and redemption documentation, track share class information, and monitor manager liquidity provisions on behalf of the client
- Proactively support client team objectives through communication with third-party service providers. Review documentation and maintain correspondence
- Prepare ad hoc reports
- Coordinate asset transfer between clients, custodians, and investment managers and maintain account records
- Utilize internal CA resources to support investment team activities
- Maintain awareness of current investment themes and client interests
- Collect, interpret, and organize information relating to all aspects of client portfolios

Requirements for this Finance Operations Associate job in Cape Town:
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
