A reputable financial company is looking for a Finance Project Manager to join their finance department reporting to the Finance Director

Completed articles at one of the big 4 auditing firms
Post Graduate financial qualifications

Management accounting – oversee the monthly management accounting of the entity as well as the group’s results, including approving journal entries, reviewing the monthly management reports. In addition, manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the group (timetables, communications, reporting, templates, deliverables) and perform analysis of year on year growth and comparisons to budget and forecast.

Scorecard – understand the inputs to the scorecard and prepare the scorecard result on a monthly basis including identifying trends and areas of concerns and forecasting for the full year position. Assist in preparing the quarterly presentation of the scorecard position.

Working capital – analyse the working capital of the group and ensure effective working capital management in each country and optimal dividend distribution to head office.

Financial accounting - review the annual financial statements of the entity and ensure in line with the group standards.

Projects – perform various finance projects including country analysis, technical accounting matters, tracking of audit findings, implementing new accounting and management reporting systems etc.

Assist with interaction with external and internal auditors.
