Job Description:

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

Effectively manage a team of more or less four employees.

Active processing of monthly journals.

Ensure the monthly financial reconciliation of balance sheet accounts are prepared.

Hands on monthly VAT preparation and filing.

Focus on monitoring management procurement compliance.

Ensure responsibility for budgeting accurately.

Provide support and ensure compliance.

Monthly company accounts reconciliations.

Ensure the development and maintenance of the financial reporting tools.

Provide an update of fixed asset register and fixed asset verification.

Ensure assistance in information provision to external and internal auditors.
