Qualification:

BCom with articles OR

BCom with 2 years’ experience in Financial Accounting

Previous experience in Property/Letting preferable

Skills & Experience:

Competent in Pastel Evolution and Excel

Compile annual budgets and monthly management accounts

Ability to forecast and calculate cash flow

Repair and maintain creditor management

Commission calculations

Compile monthly management accounts

Load, release and approve payments on bank systems

Adhere to compliance rules with legislative bodies

Submit annual returns

Efficient in E-filing (VAT/EMP201’s)

Ensure Internal control checks and accounting processing is done accurately

Reconcile calculations on trust accounts

Job Description:

Requires a diligent and thorough individual who practices accuracy and legality in their work. You will be reporting to the Finance Manager and a high level of professionalism and competency will be required in this role.
