RedCat Recruitment is seeking a FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT for a Greytown based Property and Investment Group.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should have completed their Commerce Degree.
Completed SAICA training contract.
Qualified or studying towards CA SA qualification would be an advantage.
Minimum experience requirements:
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years commercial accounting experience over and above the completion of their articles.
Group and investment accounting together with corporate legal exposure will an advantage.
Primary duties include:
Monthly accounting for the group including –
· Investment accounting.
· Reconciliations.
· Statutory reporting.
· Liaising with various financial institutions.
· Feasibility studies and project analysis.
· Budget forecasts and projections.
· Local and foreign financial reporting.
Preparation of annual financial statements in line with reporting standards.

Salary offered: R600 000-00+ (dependent on academic level and experience).

The position will be available from the beginning of January 2015.
