SAIPA / SAICA Articles



Skills & Experience:

3-5 years relevant Accounting experience

Knowledge of Pastel

Knowledge of Excel

Banking experience (advantageous)

Attention to detail is essential

Excellent interpersonal and communication

Time management



Job Description:

Collation and processing of daily payments

Cashbook reconciliations

Fixed Asset tracking and management

Recons of expenses passed through cashbooks and collation of supporting audit documents

Negotiations with suppliers on pricing and rates

Procurement on new fixed assets

Management of Business debit cards

Appointments for Criminal and Credit checks

Employees off-loading

Diary management and support to CEO

Travel bookings and logistics
