• Urgently recruiting for an experienced Accountant with a completed B degree and an additional 3 to 5 years’ experience as an Accountant to start immediately. Own transport is essential as the position is based in an area with minimal public transport. The ideal candidate will be fully conversant in English and Afrikaans, have sound knowledge in accounting principles and practices and Proficiency in relevant computer skills in Pastel, Excel and Word

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Process journals
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register
• Balance loan accounts and prepare payments
• Prepare and issue invoices for loan accounts
• Debtors collections
• Prepare management information as requested
• Assist in the compilation of annual financial statements
• Assist in the compilation of the annual budget
• Compile the income verification file monthly
• Calculate Vat for companies monthly
• Participate in weekly planning meeting
