Our client in the dairy industry requires the service of a Financial Administrative Manager.
Key Performance Areas:
? Implement & maintain adequate financial & stock controls/ procedures within Warehouse & Distribution (stock, crates, pallets and fuel)
? Control cash and driver reconciliation
? Compiling and interpretation of management reports, budgets and forecasts
? Manage branch Capex expenditures with corresponding PO’s and Capex applications
? Reconciliation of Drivers ledger, including uplifts, crates and pallets
? Coordinate the budget process for all branches
? Ensure that the company’s policies are adhered to
? Ensure that monthly fixed costs are correct and reflected in the correct month of expense according to IFRS
? Support CDC & Line Managers in effecting changes through provision of management accounting information
The successful candidate must have:
? Matric with a relevant or commercial degree
? Post graduate qualification will be an advantage
? 2 – 3 years relevant experience
? Proven management accounting experience
? Excellent business acumen
? Must have proven leadership abilities
? Analytical thinking abilities
? Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
? Must have good problem solving skills
