Skills & Experience:

2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a the Financial Services industry or coming from one of the big 4 Audit firms

Commercial awareness and business knowledge, ideally in a comparable industry

Project Management skills will be advantageous

Job Description:

Research potential acquisition targets.

Financial modelling and valuations of targeted companies.

Report writing.

Assist senior management with deal making process when required.

Due-diligence process when required.

Ability to understand and contribute to overall business strategy and help to support management team in achieving the strategic goals.
