Our Client in Wellington is looking for a Financial and General Manager.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
• Management staff in finance department
• Manage and monitor accounting system
• Manage and monitor statutory obligations
• Debtors and creditors control
• Monthly management statements; Reports
• Budgeting and Cost Management
• Investigate financing options if necessary
• Liaise with banks and auditors
• Control daily payments
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT:
• Management and staff in human resources department
• Management or recruitment process
• Management of salary structure
•• Management and staff contracts, job descriptions and induction
• Management of salary benefits; Annuities, Medical Fund, Disability and Vehicles benefit
• Check monthly salary calculations
• Management of yearly Training Needs
GENERAL MANAGEMENT:
• Management of BBBEE function
• Management of insurance; Short term, contract and warranty
• Management or Tracker
• Management of CIDB
• Management or administrative systems
