Our Client a GLOBAL Media Advertising GIANT is looking for a Financial Controller / Financial Manager with at least 3-5 years relevant experience in Bryanston Johannesburg. Exciting Role also seen as a Financial Manager reporting to the Financial Director and overseeing the financial department. Main purpose – To manage the accounts and do the reporting on Cartesis

Min Requirements:

Relevant Degree and Qualifications for a Financial Controller / Financial Manager
3-5 Years’ Experience in a Similar position within a large International company
International Reporting Important
Supervising Managing staff – 3 staff
Navision Experience an Advantage
Cartesis Experience an added advantage
Chase & SOX IFRS Software Added advantage
Very proficient in Excel
Payroll Experience

Primary responsibilities:

Accounting Reporting and Controlls done n Navision and Cartesis
To manage the accounts and do the reporting on Cartesis
Monthly BS recons and audit file
Manage cash flow and revenue
Monthly actuals reporting in Cartesis
Oversee Debtors / creditors / WIP
Forecasts / Budget reporting in Cartesis
Maintain chase and Navision system
Consolidation of accounts - 2 Branches
Client profitability and corporate social responsibility reporting
VAT/Payroll 3rd Party preparation and submission
Assistance with house budget
Reports submitted on time and accurate
Payroll administered timeously
Management of finance staff
Monthly journals/provisions/accruals
IFRS & SOX compliance, policies and reporting
External and internal audit
Assisting FD with any ad hoc projects
