Position: Financial Controller 

(Handle Distribution & Marketing Fee)

Location: Port Elizabeth 

Temp: 3 months possibly 6 months 

Start date: Immediate

Candidate must have the following requirements: Accounting Diploma. At least 3 years experience in Finance. Debtors experience would be advantageous. Intermediate Excel knowledge. Strong communication skills. Has to be assertive.

Duties:

Prepare Monthly invoices, prepare monthly reconciliations for customer accounts, reconcile clearing acounts, posting of debtors receipts, debtors receipt allocations, follow up with customers on payment, resolving customer queries, analysing and overseeing the posting of creditor offsets (payments received via credit notes on creditor statements), review age analysis and report to management on long outstanding amounts
