Financial Controller
R40,000 - R45,000 CTC
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:
· Preparation & consolidation of divisional management accounts on HFM
· Prepare business review documents
· To ensure effective month-end cut-off and that management accounts reconcile with the ledger
· Manage accounts payable process and staff
· Manage daily cashbook processing
· Preparation of the daily cash forecast and reconciliation to expected cash flow
· Oversee the processing of intercompany invoices
· Balance intercompany accounts with counter parties
· Preparation and submission of monthly VAT 201 returns
· Prepare balance sheet reconciliations file
· Support and maintain financial systems
· Ad hoc task in support of the financial manager
· To ensure accurate, valid and complete management accounting and other reports within stipulated deadlines
· Assist with preparation of annual budget.
· Liaising with internal & external auditors

Bcom, completed articles and a minimum of 5 years in a similar role is essential for this role. Microsoft AX and Hyperion experience will be an advantage.
