The successful incumbent must have experience operating at a strategic level, and be a strong manager.

-At least 8 years post article experience, with at least 4 years commercial experience in a managerial role.

Job Description:

-Analysis of business performance
-Driving revenue and profitability
-Profit and loss management
-Supporting MD in Strategic decision making
-Presenting reports to shareholders
-Oversee the financials for the entity and advise EXCO.
-Contribute toward the strategic direction of the organisation
-Budgeting and forecasting
-Analysis of cost of production, profit margins and sales
