Our client requires the services of a suitably qualified, well-motivated and results driven candidate to take up the role of Finance Director/Executive within one of its divisions.

Requirements:
A qualified Chartered Accountant, CA(SA)
• 5 - 8 years executive management (finance) experience in a Manufacturing/FMCG/Foods environment
• Solid knowledge & understanding of Accounting & Financial Information Systems
• Advanced computer skills including MS Excel
• Leadership, analytical, numerical & problem solving skills
• Ability to handle high stress and pressure environment
• Service multi-disciplinary teams

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Manage, control and co-ordinate the total financial and cost accounting functions of the division
• Improve quality and integration of various financial management reports
• Identify trends and recommend best practice methods to achieve strategic targets
• Manage operating cost, capital expenditure & working capital
• Perform risk management & internal controls measures as described by the group
• Develop and implement policies and procedures within the division
• Performance management and development of subordinates
