Leading Diamond Mining Group is looking for a qualified and experienced Financial Information System Administrator – Supply Chain for their facility in Lime Acres in the Northern Cape Province.

Finsch Mine is located in the town of Lime Acres which is situated 160km north west of Kimberley and 109km south of Kuruman in the Northern Cape.

Job Grade: C2

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide a systems administrative service to the Financial and Stores sections and successive processes at the Operation.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Manage system availability and maintain standards and functionality
Design specific reports per user needs
Report on and analyse statistics
Control user authorisation and workflow processes
Maintain costing and general ledger data base
Provide end-user training
Attend to Costing structure and Systems related queries

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12/N3
Certificate / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics (or equivalent)
5 years’ experience in Supply Chain
Proven performance of Excel Advanced (knowledge and application)
IT / Systems background – an advantage
Knowledge of ERP System and e-workflow (e.g. AccPac) – an advantage
Knowledge of Creditors and Financial costing structures – an advantage
Valid driver’s license
