Job Description:
A well-established mining company is looking for a vibrant candidate to provide a systems administrative service to the Financial and Stores sections and successive processes at the Operation.
Responsibilities
Manage system availability and maintain standards and functionality
Design specific reports per user needs
Report on and analyse statistics
Control user authorisation and workflow processes
Maintain costing and general ledger data base
Provide end-user training
Attend to Costing structure and Systems related queries
Requirements:
Certificate / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics (or equivalent)
5 years’ experience in Supply Chain
Proven performance of Excel Advanced (knowledge and application)
IT / Systems background – an advantage
Knowledge of ERP System and e-workflow (e.g. AccPac) – an advantage
Knowledge of Creditors and Financial costing structures – an advantage
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Analytical skills and logical thinking
Independent, proactive thinker and have the ability to do own job planning
High level of integrity
