3 years relevant experience

Excellent Reporting Skills

Job Description:

Financial and Accounting records

Assist team in preparing the monthly accounting reporting pack for monthly board meeting of shareholders.

Compile management accounts from accounting package (MRI) and consolidate the management accounts for the group in Excel.

Compile and analysis monthly reports for Overheads, Departments and Projects.

Assist in ensuring completeness and accuracy of accounting records in line with applicable reporting standards.

Identify areas of risk to the business from an accounting controls perspective and ensure that adequate procedures are in place to mitigate and manage those risks.

Assist with monthly journals across all entities.

Reconciliation of loan accounts between entities and from third parties.

Supplier reconciliations at month end.

Budgets

Monthly analytical review of budgeted vs. actual spends.

Review of potential cost savings on current overheads.

General

All work delegated from time to time and support as required from time to time in the group.

Assist in the planning and execution of accounting systems within the team and organisation.
