Financial Manager CA(SA) position

R804 636 per annum ctc

My client is a well established, stable NGO in the Medical field with Head office based in Constantia Kloof - Roodepoort. They require an individual to manage the financial reporting functions of the company so as to ensure accurate and reliable financial information is reported, and the necessary financial disciplines and controls are in place, for the organisation to achieve financial sustainability.

The successful candidate must have:
• CA(SA)
• 5 years experience as an Accountant or Financial Manager.
• 5 years Management experience.
• 3 – 5 years SAP proficiency
• IFRS
• Income Tax Act
• VAT Act
• KING III
• Overtime as and when required.
• National travel and overnight stays
• MS Office (Advanced)
• SAP (Super User)

Your busy and challenging day will include but not limited to:
• Financial management of all daily, monthly and annual financial functions to ensure financial integrity of the company.
• Strategic planning and objective setting through establishing, developing and managing the business plan for the area being managed
• Develop strategic objectives and financial planning for cost control
• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures, statutory requirements and Accounting best practice.
• People managed to achieve operational objectives.
• Manage financial risk to mitigate threats to the financial integrity of the company
• Accomplishment of financial objectives for the department
