A JSE listed Financial Services leader is seeking the expertise of a Chartered Accountant to step in as their Financial Manager, this is however a contract position for 6 – 8 months.

The position requires an experienced FM to take up the following duties:

• Consolidate accounts, Financial statements, budgets, etc.
• Perform monthly management reporting
• Manage 1 Accountant that will report to you
• Oversee the daily financials and external audits
• Draft monthly financial statements
• Communicate and liaise with stakeholders and managers

Qualifications AND experience required:

• Qualified CA(SA) with 2-3 years post qualification experience
• Preference will be given to those from that same or similar industry
• We are looking for candidates that can start 1 September 2017 or sooner.
