Job Description:

Our client in the medical industry is currently looking for a well-rounded individual with strong management skills for whom values are important and can put systems in place.
To take ownership of the Financial Management for the business;
Financial planning, forecasting and target setting and on-going advisory role;
Budget Management, compiling of budgets, budget control and coordination (Preparation of detailed 5 year headline earnings budgets and cash flow forecasts);
Ensure accurate, timely preparation of financial statements, reports and schedules;
System Administration - ongoing evaluation and implementation of controls and changes, development input;
Monitor and manage all internal systems and controls;
Costing
Reviewing of finance administrators work;
Authorising payments and primary responsible for banking profiles;
Dealings with external auditors and facilitating audits for the Company.

BCom Management Accounting / BCom Financial Accounting / Cima
Completed 3 year articles
3 years financial and accounting experience (post article experience)
Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task
Good understanding and knowledge of accounting principles
Extensive knowledge of financial management principles and procedures
Working knowledge of financial and operational systems
Professional communication skills
Excellent managerial skills
