RedCat Recruitment is seeking a FINANCIAL MANAGER to be accountable for the day-to-day planning, implementing, managing and controlling of the related activities for a well-established and dynamic NGO situated in the Howick / KZN Midlands area.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Manage the accounting function and ACCPAC system for the company according to Best Practice and Corporate Governance, in conjunction with CFO as well as ensuring control accounts and balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly.
Policies and procedures development and maintenance in conjunction with CFO.
Cash flow management for the organisation, ensuring payment of creditors and specific project recoveries, and fulfilling the bank administrator role.
Collation and support of CFO in the annual budget process.
Final collation, review and loading of monthly management accounts and reporting timeously to CFO including commentary and forecasting.
Management of the finance team and support to the CFO.
To manage and oversee the consolidated audit process.
Establish and maintain good relationships with donors, partners, clients, stakeholders and staff.

Salary offered: R30 000-00 – R35 000-00 Total cost to company.
