Our Client, a fast paced company within the Food and Beverage Industry is looking to employ a Financial Manager to join their dynamic team.

Requirements:

B.Comm Degree

At least 5 years experience within a similar role (Financial Management)

Needs to be Hands-on, proactive and a desire to be part of the business

A team player with a passion for the industry

Responsibilities:

Monthly and annual cash-flow resources and budgets monitored and analysed against actual, invested in the most effective structures and future requirements planned and resources available.

Reconciled monthly management accounts are presented to the director’s (owner) each month.

Cost saving in a 6 monthly period. Suggestions to improve processes and systems and reduce and manage costs

Management reports (budget analysis, market share analysis, product analysis, targets achieved by departments, R&D) are presented to the director’s each month.

Reconciliation of Customer Accounts

Creditors age analysis reviewed, reconciled, discounts for early settlement negotiated

Support staff KPI’s set, monitored, measured on a monthly basis

Debtors and creditors age analysis

Processing and reconciliation of the accounting information

Salary: A competitive Market Related Salary on offer and is negotiable depending on experience and qualification.
