Reporting to: Head of group finance

Manages: 4 Accountants, each with their own teams

· Provide support to various departments through information analysis (eg. current processes, actual performance vs budget and prior year)
· Preparation of various data and financial analysis
· Reviewing, finalization and analysis of management accounts for single and group companies
· Ensure external audit arrangements are in place and manage the audit process till finalization of financial statements.
· Management of 4 teams, each with their own teams
· Primary responsibilities (but not limited too) will be: identification of areas for cost reduction, operational and reporting improvements or implementation, annual budget process, periodic forecasting, actual performance review, analyze financial information performance against key business metrics, tax (Including other statutory submissions: Vat; PAYE; etc), cashflows.
· Identify, investigate and analyze potential improvements to all processes and implementation of processes decided upon for improvement.
· Specific reconciliations as determined by management.
· Preparation and analysis of monthly board packs
· Ability to work at both a detailed and strategic level.

Qualification

· B.Com Honours
· Articles completed

Experience:

· At least 8 years after articles, with at least 3 years managing a team bigger than 3 people.
