Financial Manager

Job & Company Description:
My client is a large property management group and are in need of BCom Accounting or CA (SA) qualified Financial Manager to assist the Group Financial Manager in taking responsibility of the full financial function in the finance department.
The Financial Manager will undertake, but is not limited to, providing strategic input into the organisations policies and procedures, oversee the financial management of property portfolios for all regions, work closely with the organisations clients, preparation of the annual financial statements and rolling out head office controls. The Financial Manager will also need to possess a very strong and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team by example and build successful relationships with clients within the firm.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
BCom Accounting is a non - negotiable
BCom Honours or CA(SA) is an added advantage
Minimum of 3 years' working experience in an accounting position is needed for a BCom qualified candidate
Minimum of 3 years' working experience in a CA(SA) position
Property experience is a definite benefit
Strong, proven management skills
Audit experience is an added benefit
Great Plains Accounting
Natural leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal, relationship and communication skills is a necessity
