MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Fiduciary responsibility for the safekeeping and use of all funds and assets of the company as well as planning and managing the systems
of Financial, Hotel and Casino Accounting.
• Overall responsibility for maintaining an accounting system.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Preparation of annual financial statements.
• Preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Conduct financial reviews and review of balance sheet accounts.
• Manage company cash flow.
• Interact with auditors and respond to Internal and external audit queries.
• Interpretation of operating results, making specific recommendations resulting in cost reductions and profit improvements for Executive
Management Evaluation and consideration.
• Assume the responsibility for the correct and accurate accounting classification of all expenditures and documents including capital and
others.
• Responsible for the internal accounting and administrative controls to ensure that all transactions are handled correctly.
• Responsible for the calculation and administration of all statutory taxes, levies and other charges.
• Recommend and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase effectiveness and cost saving.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• B Com (Accounting)
• 3 – 5 years managerial experience
• 3 - 5 years’ experience preferably in Gaming or Hospitality industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects to completion with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
