A Financial Manager position is available for a distinguished CA (SA) in the southern suburbs in Cape Town. The position will assume the responsibilities of assisting with everything from Financial Statements through to Auditing.



Qualification:

CA (SA) – non negotiable



Skills & Experience:

3 years’ experience in either Audit or Commercial environment

Preparation of Financial Statements

VAT and TAX

Well-spoken

Professional

Able to communicate effectively on all levels

A team player

Ability to take initiative and be accountable

An open, friendly personality who gets along with everyone



Job Description:

This position will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Preparation of consolidated financial statements.

Liaising with Auditors.

Maintaining of the fixed asset register.

Processing GL journals.

VAT reviews and recons.

Reviewing of income tax calculations and returns, reviewing of weekly payments, etc.
