Finance Manager - SSA 5 Market Related Midrand

Market Leaders in the Tyre Arena require a Finance Manager to support the Sub Saharan African Team. The Successful candidate will be required to:
Prepare and Communicate Financial Reports
Translate SSA Financial Results into actionable strategic tasks for the SSA Team
Provide qualitative analysis including Variance Analysis
Translate actual results into monthly (18 Months ) forecast
Ensure strong control environment - Corporate Policies and SOX Compliance
Identification of business opportunities and risks with dollarization and initiating corrective/mitigating actions
Partner with the SSA Team to achieve business results and successful Implementation
Coordinate and prepare annual budget
Coordinate and do special projects and presentations when required
Prepare various business performance reports
Revenue Analysis and Support
Capex Analysis and Support
Working capital/Cash flow Analysis
Drive continuous improvement in both systems and processes
Develop and grow talent pool within his/her team
Preferred Individual Competencies Include:
Recognized accounting qualification CIMA or Business,CA(SA) will be preferable but not mandatory
No less than 6 years in a relevant position with evidence of shown financial analytical skills and clear business acumen
Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley and US GAAP
Knowledge of SAP
Willing to work overtime and when required
Ability to handle multiple priorities within established time frames
Ability to deal professionally with internal and external customers
High level of computer literacy with advanced excel skills
Demonstrate affinity for numerics
