Manage the full Creditor/Supplier processing and payment cycle (Multiple Companies)
Manage Debt Collection (Multiple Companies)
Liaison with Corporate Banking Suite for any business needs
Manage application and maintenance of Corporate Credit Cards
SARS returns, e-filing, audits, queries
CIPC updates, annual returns, etc
Act as Pastel Expert and custodian of accurate data for all companies
Produce Management Accounts
Produce other Financial statistics as required
Oversee the production of Annual Financial Statements in liaison with Auditor
Assist with Property Management as required
Oversee Petty Cash
Oversee Tuck Shop stock control
Oversee Company PA duties
HR function for own staff, including performance evaluations
Provide data and statistics as required by the business

Professional firm of tax consultants invites suitably qualified tax consultant to support a team of planners in providing tax planning to corporate and individuals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completing company tax returns
Checking assessments.
Checking SARS statement of account.
Objecting to incorrect assessments.
Replying to queries from SARS, Liaising with SARS on behalf of clients.
Applying for tax clearance certificates with SARS, Attending to provisional tax returns.
Maintaining clients income tax records with SARS.
Meeting with clients.
Responsible for general and administrative compliance duties

Relevant Tax qualification (B. Comm./Acc/Law
3+ yrs individual tax experience, including estates and trusts
2 years of Corporate Tax consulting experience essential and exposure to Financial Services clients would be highly desirable
Knowledge and experience in application of the Income Tax Act
Have commercial acumen and be driven to provide excellent client service
Ability to work as part of dynamic team
Ability to perform in a high pressure environment and work towards deadlines
