Full training and mentorship is provided.
Overall Purpose of the Role:
To establish, maintain and grow professional relationships with clients across a varied product offering, while providing solutions for the client's long term assurance and financial planning needs.
Accountability:
• Meet and exceed sales targets / growth targets
• Network and prospect to grow client base
• Manage own commission earnings while continuously building a sustainable adviser practice
• Maintain all pertinent professional development requirements as per legislation
Candidate Requirements:
Education and experience required:
• Min 3 years formal working experience, ideally in a sales or finance environment
• Tertiary qualification is a strong advantage
• Own vehicle and driver's license essential (non-negotiable)
• Clear criminal and credit record is required
Further Requirements:
• Excellent people skills and ability to network and prospect
• Driven self-starter with ability to work independently as well as in a team
