My client is a leading global manufacturer in commercial vehicles and buses is looking to employ a professional Financing Specialist who has above average negotiation skills.
The successful candidate must have:
- Matric
- Financial Qualification (preferably a degree)
- FAIS, FICA and NCA accredited
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Asset Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit lending being Sales specific
- A sound working knowledge of the Commercial Vehicle Industry
- Knowledge of the competing brands and products (advantage)
- Computer literate (MS Office and Outlook)

- An ability to respond to the challenge of delivering and exceeding results against pre-set goals
- Able to demonstrate mastery of a wide range of business operations, processes and field issues developed in a market leading bank/finance Company
- Express a high degree of professionalism
- Strong business, commercial and negotiating skills
- Strong analytical, organisational and time management abilities
- Manage self-development and self-reliant
- Excellent communication skills
Your busy and challenging day will include but not limited to
- Support the Sales team in developing and delivering effective retail finance solutions in response to business needs
- To maintain and improve external contact with dealer and third party finance providers
- To maintain internal contacts with the company in South Africa and the HQ based in Europe
- To support negotiations with existing and prospective third party finance providers
- To drive and support third party finance providers to deliver world class services to Iveco customers and dealers
- Support the company’s commercial organization to develop innovative retail finance programs for Iveco branded product
