• GRADING AS WELL AS PLANNER ADVANTAGEOUS
• FLUENT IN ENGLISH ( SPEAK, WRITE AND WRITTEN)
• GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF FINGER JOINT PRODUCTION PROCESSES ADVANTAGEOUS
• GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF SANS (STRUCTURAL BOARD GRADING)
• KNOWLEDGE OF 10096 FJ GRADING
'Maintain and improve production throughput and quality standards whilst upholding safety standards and good housekeeping practices; '
Lead and manage a relatively large team, including planning and allocating duties to different employees as well as discipline and development of employees;
'Good knowledge of finger-joint production processes advantageous;
