Qualification

Matric Certificate

MDOP Certificate – N4 & N5

Revit MEP/AutoCAD MEP Draughting Certificate (2010/2011/2012/2013/2014/2015)


Skills & Experience:

Draughting and design of fire engineering services to standards (SANS 10287, ASIB, NFBA, BS & SANS 10400)

Draughting and design of fire protection systems by performing full hydraulic calculations

Draughting and design of automatic sprinklers and fire water reticulation

Perform on site co-ordination responsibilities to ensure successful outcomes for client

Manipulate/translate various digital file formats in order to create usable AutoCAD drawings and Revit Models

Work with client FTP sites to download AutoCAD drawings and Revit models together with project deliverable uploads

Create detailed tender and construction drawings through the extensive use of AutoCAD, SprinkCAD, AutoSprink and Revit MEP

2 - 4 years Revit MEP draughting and design experience

5 - 7 years fire system services (i.e. Automatic Sprinklers and Fire Water Reticulation) draughting and design experience


Job Description:

You will be responsible for the draughting and design of fire engineering services including fire protection systems, automatic sprinklers and fire water reticulation. Other duties will include on site co-ordination management to ensure successful outcomes, manipulating various digital formats, as well as creating detailed tender and construction drawings.
