Role:Intermediate level First Line Help Desk Support Agent to join a small team in our Centurion Office.
Responsibilities:- Resolving customers’ queries regarding our software products and services.
- Troubleshooting support of technical issues on our terminals in the field to be done via phone.
- Be able to perform installations via desktop screen sharing software.
- Handle incoming calls relating to customer queries from a faulty hardware to software and medical aid related assistance
Skills:
- Would be able to handle customer queries without escalating tension.
- Candidates should be able to work on their own and follow processes.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
