Role:
Intermediate level First Line Help Desk Support Agent to join a small team in our Centurion Office.

Responsibilities:
  • Resolving customers’ queries regarding our software products and services.
  • Troubleshooting support of technical issues on our terminals in the field to be done via phone.
  • Be able to perform installations via desktop screen sharing software.
  • Handle incoming calls relating to customer queries from a faulty hardware to software and medical aid related assistance

Skills:
  • Would be able to handle customer queries without escalating tension.
  • Candidates should be able to work on their own and follow processes.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
