Looking for an FIT Manager with a sales mind set to supervise Reservations staff

Experience required:
Previous experience supervising staff
MS Office and Tourplan
Fluency in German advantageous
Experience within Inbound Tourism
Sales orientated

Key outputs:
Managing and building up the FIT department
Managing and training Consultants
Building up relationships to the agents / maintaining relationships
Being sales contact and key account position for important contracts
Implementing systems and structures
Understanding and operating company quoting/booking systems (Tourplan or other) and other travel-related programs
Have good product knowledge and sound geographical knowledge of Southern Africa
Emergency phone duty
Obtain and where possible negotiate
Assist with the handling of complaints
Take responsibility for all aspects of tours being run
Meet given targets
