Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant Business qualification
- Product knowledge of truck tyres is essential
- Knowledge of technical aspects such as, tyre management systems, tyre conditions and care & maintenance of tyres
- Understanding of marketing principles and management techniques
- Knowledge of Key Account Management principles
- Computer literate

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the business strategy development of the division
- Manage annual sales and expense budgets in line with targets .
- Monitor and measure performance against forecast
- Monitor and analyze staff performance
- Attend to customer technical queries and recommend solutions
- Consolidate sales reports
- Measure performance against key performance indicators
- Maintain and build relationships with key customers
- Monitor and identify new trends and developments
