Responsibilities:
Responsible for fleet administrative controls and reports
Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of vehicles
Assist with general departmental needs
Assist with monthly and annual audits
Manage cost of fleet within budget
Reconcile diesel cost and fuel consumption
Driver scores needs to be managed above 98%
Update Driver tags register and report to DRM and Mix telematics
Monthly KM information to be given to Mix telematics
Lease Head Office Fleet department on any Clutch and Technical inspection at the workshops
Conduct monthly tyre surveys at workshops
Log breakdown calls
Transfer of vehicles on the K2 system
Accident investigations and logging of insurance claims on K2 system
Manage diesel bay and wash bay facilities
Ensure all drivers licenses and PDP`s are valid
Ensure Driver medicals are conducted annually

Requirements:
5 - 10 years’ relevant work experience
Valid driver’s license. (Code 14 license would be advantageous)
Knowledge of fleet systems: R2MS, Mix, FMA and accident investigations
Previous Distribution administration experience
Must be willing to work irregular hours including weekend, public holidays and Sundays
